Rachael is the Founder of Olive Us, a ministry providing space for women to share their stories and find rest. A Texas native and a San Francisco resident of 13 years with an M.A. in Biblical Contextual Leadership (May 2026), she is dedicated to equipping men & women with Biblical truth. Rachael teaches at Bay Area churches and collaborates with small businesses, empowering others to live out their God-given assignments and make disciples within their local communities. Rachael Wade
Janetta Oni is the author of Toxic Church: How to Recognize—and Overcome—Burnout and Unhealthy Staff Culture. She is the host of the Holy & Healthy Podcast. She is the Creative Arts Director and Central Worship Leader at The Summit Church in Raleigh/Durham, NC, bringing 20 years of experience in diverse church services. She holds a master’s in Human Services Counseling with a focus on Christian Ministries and is currently pursuing an EdD in Organizational Leadership.

Janetta Oni
Camille serves as the Young Adult Pastor and Women’s Teaching Pastor at Irving Bible Church. She is passionate about equipping young adults to know and live out the gospel of Jesus. Married to Matt and mom to kids Levi, Annabelle, and Audrey. Camille lives in Lewisville, Texas.

Camille Holland
Kristel Acevedo is a ministry leader focused on discipleship at Transformation Church, a vibrant multiethnic and multigenerational community near Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from Miami and the daughter of immigrants, she is passionate about spiritual formation, biblical literacy, and multiethnic ministry. She is the author of A Way in the Wilderness and Liberated at the Cross, coauthor of 3 Big Questions That Shape Your Future, and is a wife, mom, and Doctor of Ministry candidate.

Te’Sheba Oliver is the Founder, Visionary, and Podcast Co-host of The Urban Christian Woman. A mother of five, she disciples urban women from every walk of life and is passionate about helping metropolitan churches train and equip women for discipleship in their local contexts.
When she’s not serving women or dreaming up new resources for local churches, you can find her in the kitchen cooking a good meal and listening to jazz while enjoying time with family and friends.

Susan Seay
Tijera is a strategic leader and teacher serving as Director of Ministry at Concord Church in Dallas, Texas. She leads ministry staff and discipleship initiatives that advance the church’s mission of “people growing people.”
Before joining the staff as Young Adult Director in 2021, she served as an assistant principal and earned degrees in education from Auburn University and Southern Methodist University. Tijera is the founder of Saved and Social, a Christian brand, and leads “I’m Not Settling,” a thriving women’s Bible study in Dallas.

Next Gen Pastor and Senior Leader with over 20 years' experience in developing leaders, creating contextualized curriculum, and crafting cohesive discipleship strategies from toddlers to youth. Equipping families, teams, and individuals to grow in faith and purpose is the joy of my life. I am married to Mike, and we live in the great state of Texas with our three children.

Julie Wilding
Brittany is an author and teacher who loves helping women boldly follow Jesus. Through her online resources and Soul Care Mentorship, she creates space to encounter God and grow in freedom. Brittany is a graduate from Rochester Christian University with a Masters in Religious Education and Leadership. She serves as a Teaching Pastor and Kids Director at her church in NYC. Off the clock, she’s usually sipping cold brew with a good book at a coffee shop.
